where to find stuff to sell on ebay

Well, first and foremost, you can find things to sell on eBay actually at eBay....  Look for "lots" (or groups) of items that you could break up and sell individually.  Like a fellow member mentioned, auctions are great, just be sure to buy quality items that you know about.  (I.e.  don't buy a sewing machine if you don't know anything about them,)  Also try your local discount stores and even at Wal-Mart for sales.  Buying in bulk online will save you cash too, hence, more profit.  Just remember that you need to get quality items, not junk.  All it takes is a few unsatisfied members with your merchandice, and your eBay selling career could be over.

My wife's cousin in the States sells a lot of stuff on eBay. He goes to those Long term storage companies when they have auctions. People that leave their stuff in storage and don't pay for the storage, their stuff gets sold off. I am not sure what type of merchandise he buys but I thought this was an interesting way to find things to sell on eBay!
