How do you cure diabetes?

First and Foremost.... You CANNOT cure diabetes.  There is no known medical cure for diabeties at this time.  There more than likely will be a cure in the future.  But for right now, all you can do is manage it.  And the more of a pro-active approach you take to managing your diabeties, the more healthy and fulfilling lifestyle you can have.
