Quest Management

I would like the ability to add a comment or storemark to a quest without joining the quest. Sometimes I see a quest on the homepage that I know something about and I contribute without necessarily  wanting to join them. This is a particular bother in that I get emails for tons of quests I really have no interest in and/or my "HomePage" or my quests is littered with things that I am not personally interested in following.

Perhaps leave what is there as a default behavior but have a checkbox so that you can "add but not join quest". What would be particularly nice is to be able to set what the default is on that checkbox per profile

I would also be interested in some way to EASILY (like a mass modification) remove myself from quests. It really don't want to go into each one and administer it, I would just like a sort of email style checkbox and unassociate.

 Anyone else think this is a good idea?
