Sidebar glitches in IE

My work machine runs Windows and Internet Explorer. I have noticed a couple of behaviors that do not occur on my Mac at home:

1) "Feature Suggest" link (text and file image) in the sidebar disappear during mouse over.

2) Forum topics sometimes load up blank (only next topic link shows up at bottom)
